Who runs this site

The controller is Nuits, a sole trader (toiminimi) owned by Bapusaheb Shankaragouda Patil, Business ID 3584845-8, domiciled in Helsinki, Finland.

What this site collects

Nothing. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and has no forms, so there is nothing to sign up for.

One thing is stored in your own browser, and only if you press the "Motion" switch at the top of the home page: your choice of "on" or "off", saved in localStorage under the name "motion" so the page remembers it. It is not an identifier, it is never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Hosting

The site is static files served by Cloudflare Workers. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data, such as your IP address, your browser's user agent and the page you asked for, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare does this as the host's processor. The legal basis is Nuits's legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Cloudflare runs a global network, so this data may be processed outside the EU. Where it is, Cloudflare applies the transfer safeguards that GDPR requires. Nuits itself keeps no logs of visits to this site.

Links to other sites

The Deploy button, the GitHub link and the licence link take you to other websites. Their own privacy policies apply there. Nothing on this site loads from them until you click.

The tool itself

If you deploy Nuits Receipts, it runs in your own Cloudflare account and sends nothing to Nuits. You are the controller for the receipts and data you put in it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase personal data about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Nuits holds no data about visitors to this site, but you can always ask: hi@brandnuits.com.

You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
